Grant Funding for Solar Power on your HomeThere are various different grant and discount schemes running on a national and local level, for home owners. We are accredited installers for all of the schemes listed below, and are happy to help you through the grant application process, so please contact us for advice on how to access these grants. National GrantsThe Low Carbon Buildings Programme Phase 1 – BERRs Low carbon buildings programme provides grants for microgeneration technologies for householders. It offers funding for a range of technologies at different rates. It is not means tested, click here for the simple online application process. The maximum grant per household is £2,500 and current grant levels for the different technologies are as follows:
Please note: You will need to have a quote from us before you apply. The grant is valid for 3 months only, so ensure you will have the installation completed within this timeframe before you apply. This is paid directly to you after installation is complete.

Brighton Solar GrantBrighton Council is running a grant scheme that offers £1,500 towards a solar hot water system for all householders, and free systems to those over 60 and on certain benefits. Call us for more details on 0845 456 9474
Gloucestershire Renewable Energy GrantsOffers an additional grant of £1000 towards each installation of micro-renewables on a domestic property. Each household can apply for up to two different technologies (Solar Hot Water = £1000 and Solar Electric = £1000) per property. We are a certified installer for this scheme. Islington Council Climate Change FundIslington council is offering all residents further grants towards domestic installations of solar and other micro renewable technologies. £2100 per technology is available for most residents. If you are on benefits or over 70 it is possible to have completely grant funded systems installed. We are the solar installer for this scheme. Lewes RenewablesRun by the Ouse Valley Energy Services Company Lewes Renewables offers a £600 grant for all Lewes district residents, and £2,000 for those in Council Tax Bands A-D, or up to £4,000 for those in fuel poverty or on certain benefits, for installation of a solar hot water system. South Gloucestershire GrantsSG Future Energy is the grant scheme that offers residents a £500 grant towards solar installations. There is also a low interest loan available of up to £3000 if used for the installation of solar systems. We are a certified installer for this scheme.
