Firstly the survey was carried out in a very friendly and non-pushy way so you didn't feel under any pressure to sign on the dotted line and details were given how to obtain grants towards the cost of the work and to help with the application if wanted.Mr and Mrs Mann, Ash Vale, Hampshire
The installation team were also very friendly, clean and tidy in their work, hoovering up after themselves at the end of each day, clearing away packaging, etc. The biscuit barrel took a bit of a bashing but then we did put it out for them. The explanation of how the controls worked was good even if the technical details of how the system itself worked were a bit over my head.
Rather than take your money and run, there have been a number of contacts after the installation to check that everything was operating properly and that there weren't any problems. We both feel that the investment has been well worth it as well as playing our small part in reducing our reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
We were very impressed with the detailed discussion in the first meeting where we jointly analysed the suitability of different microgeneration schemes. We have had our 2kW photo-voltaic system since December 2005 and are extremely happy with it.
